Dean KingAs VP & Solutions Strategist, Dean concentrates on the IT governance processes, strategic business / IT alignment, organizational transformation and IT value measurement.  He has a successful history in architecting creative business solutions that can identify and promote maximum value.

Dean has over 21 years business experience, including roles in Finance and IT.  He has successfully directed strategic planning groups, which focused on building effective relationship management strategies and multi-year IT investment plans (valued from the tens of thousands to $150M).  Dean utilizes his experience to assist in IT Leadership roles, strategy planning and business process design.

Dean has outstanding interpersonal, teaching and facilitation skills, which allow him to foster teamwork in complex interdepartmental environments.  He excels in business analysis, has a keen ability to build consensus, listens carefully to client issues and can put together compelling solutions.
