As President of Greenlight Dynamics Inc. (GDI), Lynn brings exceptional leadership skills and a solid background in IT methods and best practices, including a successful track record in delivering both state-of-the-art solutions while integrating and maintaining a portfolio of legacy systems.

Lynn is experienced in managing large scale, high impact programs, with multiple parallel projects.  She’s recognized as having some of the most sought after skills in the IT industry, including; strong program / project management skills, IT governance, business change strategy, application development and integration, as well as quality assurance and testing expertise.

Her experience, spanning more than 25 years, has given her the ability to know what works (and what doesn't) when approaching major organizational change, complex planning cycles and managing expectations.  She understands the appropriateness of diplomacy and isn't afraid to make the hard decisions when necessary.  Lynn takes pride in delivering exceptional service to clients.
